So here is a way to add meta tags to your blog or website.
1.Sign to your blogger account.Click on "Design",then "Edit HTML".
2.Find this code in tour template

(use Ctrl+F and then paste your code)
3.Copy the lines below and paste them after the code.This image will help you out.

Replace the description of your blog with "DESCRIPTION HERE" and insert your keywords in "KEYWORDS HERE".
